Oceanside Spectrum is a half-hour television program that invites guests from nonprofit organizations, civic clubs, faith-based organizations and the education community to publicize their events, solicit volunteers, and ask viewers to support their good works.
Each program has a series of five-minute interviews followed by a showcase of local band talent. Oceanside Spectrum offers access to the medium of television for residents, students and people who are employed in Oceanside.

Oceanside Spectrum is taped at the KOCT Oceanside studios at 3038 Industry Street, Suite 101.
KOCT is a nonprofit, non-commercial television station and guests on Oceanside Spectrum may not advertise commercial events or businesses.
